Summer Camps Cancellation Policy
$100+GST of your fee is a non-refundable deposit. If a participant must withdraw prior to a Retreat due to her own illness or injury, the registration fee less the $100.00+GST deposit will be refunded. In the case of a tournament, the registration fee less the $50.00+GST deposit will be refunded. We respectfully request that you submit a doctor's note to accompany all cancellation requests. Please note that the Retreat is not able to provide refunds for any other circumstances other than a participant's illness or injury.

The $100+GST (or $50+GST) non-refundable deposit policy exists for two reasons. First, the deposit enables us to reserve a spot for you by allowing us to pay significant deposits for camp facilities. Second, the deposit is necessary to cover the cost of processing your daughter's registration. This cost is incurred by the Retreat whether she attends the camp or not.

Once a registration enters our system, we provide the following services for you:

We confirm your registration with you
We enter your contact information into our database
Our accountant processes the financial transaction
We pay the financial institution for your daughter’s registration
We place your daughter in an appropriate group based on her ringette experience and preferences
We order your daughter a jersey
We purchase insurance for your daughter
We hire additional instructors to accommodate new registration

Your investment is 100% guaranteed. If you stay for the entire program but still aren't satisfied, we insist you get a camp credit for the following summer.
